What is Flatbed Digital Printing?
Flatbed Digital Printing refers to a new generation of digital printing presses that print direct to rigid or non-rigid material or substrates. At Quantum Graphics, our Flatbed presses utilize UV Curable inks and can print at a very high resolution up to 63 inches x 120 inches. What kind of finishing services are offered at Quantum Graphics?
Quantum offers a number of finishing and fulfillment services to compliment our large format digital & traditional screen printing, including digital and traditional die cutting, banner heat welding, laminating, kit packing and drop shipping. Does Quantum offer mounting services?
While we have the capability to mount printed sheets to rigid materials, we rarely use this production process. Every traditional and digital printing process utilized at our facility prints direct to the substrate eliminating the extra step (and cost) of mounting printed sheets.

Does Quantum offer printing services on fabric or textiles such as t-shirts?
Quantum Graphics is a large format point of purchase printer. We utilize both traditional screen and flatbed digital printing technology. However, we do not offer any sort of textile or garment printing services. The substrates we commonly use include styrene, fluted plastic, pressure sensitive vinyl, foam core, sintra and gator foam among others.
Can we print using the traditional and digital printing processes on the same sheet?
Quantum Graphics can combine both traditional four color process digital printing with traditional screen printing inks on the same sheet. We typically use both of these traditional and digital printing processes on projects that require a traditional a UV clear coat or white ink.
What kinds of products are produced at Quantum Graphics?
We can produce virtually any indoor or outdoor specialty print project including Banners, Static Clings, Posters, Stand-up Displays, Fleet Graphics, Floor Graphics & any Point-Of-Purchase display. Please visit our Products and Services page on our site for more information.
How do I send a file to Quantum?
The fastest and most cost effective way to send your artwork to Quantum is by using our File Transfer System.

What kinds of shipping options are available at Quantum?
Quantum offers most any shipping or freight option. We can bulk ship large projects on skids via a number of trucking companies or drop ship to thousands of locations using our onsite UPS or FedEx computer terminals.
